I just thought I would share information about what equipment and stuff I use in case anyone is curious. ^^

I have two vintage sewing machines that I use regularly. My primary machine is a Pfaff 130:

I absolutely adore the Pfaff and wouldn't trade it for any other machine, ever. Before I purchased the Pfaff (complete with cabinet, chair, many accessories, original owner's manual/warantee/certificate for 40$ at a thrift store) I was using a modern Singer. I learned what a cheap piece of crap it was the first time I ran the Pfaff...despite being more than 50 years older than the Singer, it ran better and was more powerful, yet still quiet as a mouse.

My other machine is a vintage Aldens. After several google searches, I don't know anything about this brand, so if anyone can provide any info, please email me and let me know!

I purchased this machine, complete with cabinet and accessories, for 12$ at a thrift store. It makes beautiful zig zag stitches, so it's wonderful for applique. It isn't as powerful as the Pfaff, but it is just as quiet and actually runs quite a bit faster.

I recently was gifted with a Print Gocco PG 10 Super by some very generous friends of mine. I had been wanting a Print Gocco for a few years, so it was a dream come true to finally get one.

I have big plans for this lovely little machine! I am waiting on an order of extra supplies and haven't been able to use it yet, but I will be sure to post the results of my Gocco-ing in the blog here.

I make all of the graphics for my websites and etsy shops and do all the coding for my sites on a "hackintosh" (a home-built PC running a hacked version of Mac OS) running Mac OS X 10.5.4, which my brilliant and gorgeous hubby built for me. Programs I use regularly include Photoshop CS3, Coda, Graphic Converter, and Galerie (for my image galleries). My pictures are all taken with an 8 MP Kodak Easy Share C875, and edited in Photoshop. I design and print all of my business cards, mailing labels, hang tags, and etc at home with an HP Deskjet F340.

If you have any questions about what I use to make stuff, or any questions about anything, please drop me an email. Don't worry...I don't bite, and I try to answer all of my emails in as timely a manner as possible. ^_^
